Asyl Miras is a charitable foundation established by well-known businessman, politician and philanthropist Bulat Utemuratov. According to Marat Aitmagambetov, the foundation is a multi-project fund working in many fields like autistic spectrum disorders, music, healthcare, culture and much more. "And despite their obvious dissimilarity, they are all connected through one mission – to help Kazakhstan become a better place for people to live today and in the future. We have already achieved much, we have done a lot and, I am sure, we have much to come. " – he said.
As stated, the total amount of grants awarded by Bulat Utemuratov’s Foundation for 2018 is 499 million tenge. For example, under the project "Autism. The World of Opportunities", six specialized centers "Asyl Miras" work in Almaty, Astana, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kyzylorda, Aktobe and Oral. Besides, this summer the foundation transferred 81 690 000 tenge to 813 families, which suffered from floods in East-Kazakhstan region, to help the people survive the most difficult days of the crisis.
